Let's start with ...

The client

Trivento started in 2008 as a coaching, training and development company, focusing on improving the public administration through various programs & courses. Now, more than 12 years later, their needs and target audience changed, transitioning to the private sector.

For this, Trivento wanted a rebrand to showcase better who they are now: a facilitator, a connector of people, solutions and knowledge.

Currently, the company is a hub that offers up to 5 complementary main services, ranging from coaching&training to finance, european grants and software solutions. This is all possible due to the numerous partnerships that Trivento has, with experts in various domains.

Main challenge

Make the user's journey
an easy and intuitive one

The main challenge of this project represented the multitude of services, solutions and experts available, which lead to multiple target audiences, various user journeys and needs.

Due to the sheer volume of this, my job was to simplify the journeys and make everything easy accesibile for our target audience, while also showcasing the complementary aspect of the solutions and services.

Scope of work

Icon-Strategy
Branding

Changes to the brand were needed to reflect the journey of the company and the current state of it. I created and delivered a new logo, a style guide, and used illustrations and images throughout the website for greater emphasis.

Icon Website Design
UI/UX Design

Designing for multiple target audiences is never easy, so I had to create user flows based on data and scenarios received from my client, while also making sure everything was visually attractive, easy to use and accessible to the users.

Development

From the beginning of the project everything was designed with a mobile-first approach. Templates were created for various sections & pages, for future reusability by the client. Also, the speed and SEO were optimized for fast navigation and easy reach.

Main goal

Intuitive website to help
our clients find the right solutions

Most of the multipurposed websites come across as clunky, hard-to-navigate, with horrible UX design.

The goal was to improve the experience and navigation for the end-users, by bringing simplicity and ease-of-use, guiding the users to their wanted solutions, without overwhelming them.

Process - Branding

Logo, colors & typeface

The work on the logo was made by combining the idea of simplicity and of moving forward, showing the progress one can achieve, be it an individual or a business. The arrow symbols moving from left to right signifies that, while being simple enough and memorable.

The color scheme was to convey a soft transition from various shades of blue and purple, signifying growth & progress while providing a calm and professional feel about the brand.

User journey & visual identity

Next step after defining the brand was to define the user’s journey. We had multiple personas, but all required the same thing: make it easy to go from point A to point B, have the information well structured and multiple call to actions to help with conversions.

To emphasize the main information we’ve used illustrations, for solutions/services & call to actions. For secondary information we’ve used icons, boxes, cards and separated them in sections to give the user time to process & understand the information.

Process - Development

WordPress + Elementor Pro

We’ve developed the website in WordPress, due to the client’s familiarity and maintenance. The client wished to add more pages in the future and blog posts, so we needed the proper place for that.

As for the page building tool, we’ve opted to use Elementor Pro, as it’s one of the fastest and easiest tools to use. We’ve created headers, footers, templates for elements, sections or even full scale pages. It sped up the process and helped with consistency issues and reusability.

Results

27% boost In sales & inquires
in the first week of launch

Even though the launch is fairly recent, the initial results are promising: time spent on the website has increased, more clicks leading to more emails, phone calls and contracts, leading to new clients ready to grow.

Page speed increased by 15 points, while SEO and accessibility gained the highest marks, at 100, with an average loading speed time of between 0.8 milliseconds and 1.2 seconds.

"Let's talk about anything, then strategize, and finally get a work of art. This is Vali. I have been working with him for more than 8 years and it is a pleasure to see his constant enthusiasm and desire to learn and create digital designs."
